About our electrical services

It is the objective of Alan Benfield Ltd to ensure that it satisfies its duties under the Quality Standards set out by ISO 9001 and other pertinent legislation and achieves the highest possible standards with regard to health, safety and the environment in all of the Company’s activities.

As Managing Director, it is my responsibility to ensure that the Company’s Policy is implemented and to allocate sufficient resources to provide and maintain quality, safe and healthy working conditions, suitable equipment and systems of work for all employees; and such information, instruction, training and supervision as is needed for this purpose.

The Company will promote and encourage safe working attitudes by active participation from ALL employees and accepts responsibility

for the health and safety of persons other than its own employees who may be affected by its work activities.

The company will ensure commitment to continual improvement of the quality management system, through structured internal audits and management reviews along with any improvements to processes and day to day activities of Alan Benfield Ltd. The company will also ensure commitment to satisfy requirements by making the policy appropriate to the purpose and context of Alan Benfield Ltd.

The General Statement of this Quality Policy defines the key areas that help to maintain the Policy.

Employees are reminded of their responsibilities under the Quality Standards.

This Policy will be reviewed on an annual basis unless statutory regulations require an immediate amendment.

This also applies to the design and estimating work carried out by our contracts managers. We are always looking into innovative ways to carry out works.
